Why should I practice NO FAP?

What is NO FAP?
In real sense, It's to not masturbate and retain the vital reproductive fluid in the body, transmute your sexual energy which literally change the way your mind and body functions.
 According to modern science, masturbation is a natural act and indulgence in it often has no adverse effects.Although Ayurveda has a completely different viewpoint on this and it propagates that if reproductive fluid is retained by men and women, this sexual energy can be transformed to bring about the most astonishing benefits physically, mentally & spiritually and that's what we will discuss in this blog.

There is a time when Brahmacharya was decorated with very high regards in Bharat.
From saints like Rahim Das, Swami Vivekananda, Swami Yogananda to every powerful kings like Maharana Pratap and Shivaji maharaj to modern revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh and Chandrashekhar Azad, have all practised and propagated the benefits of semen retention which now called as NO FAP.
However due to regular invasions and British rule, the essense has been lost and today India has become the 3rd most porn watching country in the world, with average 2 crore Indians spend watching porn every hour and this number is increasing day by day as both man and women are wasting the vital Fluid which could be transmitted to nourish the brain and other organs of body.
When food eaten it goes through Seven stages before it finally transformed into semen after 35 Days. This is called Virya in men and Raj in women.

  *Sexual energy cannot be controlled,it can be transformed.You can do this by changing the activity you are doing, changing your focus, thinking about some other work.
  *By distancing yourself from the very things that cause the impulses in the first place. In other words, you should not look at images, watch videos, or read stories that are of a sexual nature. When you engage in any of these activities, they cause the multiplication of sexual impulses by tenfold, making it harder to control the desires.
  *Picture the human body without skin. It is not a pretty sight. This practice is done not to create hatred, but to understand and get the real picture of the human body, so that we do not get attracted to it.
*Stop watching porn and stop indulging in such conversation.
* Do not sleep late.
* Eat mostly healthy food.
* Regular Pranayama also helps.

Sex or masturbation should never be the parameter of a happy life.
The purpose of NO FAP is not to control the lust but to overcome it.
The concept of reproductive fluid retention is as important in women as in men.
Practicing NO FAP could be one of the hardest challenges that you ever take, but it's benefits are really worth it.
